They went above and beyond with communication, organization while working, an honest and fair price, and all the gents working were wearing protective gear which showed me just how professional they were. Kyle and his crew cut a very large limb from an oak hanging over our garage. The “spider” lift is compact and did not damage the yard. Initially it was about a two-week wait time for them to start the project but he was able to fit me in after a last-minute cancellation several days after I signed the proposal. My wife and I have been using A Perfect Cut for about 15 years. We recently just had a live oak totally fail by splitting in two. The tree had termite damage and fungus. The job was difficult and dangerous because of the placement of the tree. As is typical with Roger he was out there immediately to survey the situation. His crew came out and professionally removed the tree piece by piece. They finished the job up by grinding the stump. They cleaned up the site not leaving anything behind. Roger has a container of thick mats so ruts aren’t left behind with whatever machinery will be needed for the job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to using A Perfect Cut for their tree needs.

I called A Perfect Cut last week. I received a quote from Roger the next day. It was a very fair quote. I signed the contract soon after to get the work started. I had my 100-year-old oak trimmed and fertilized, 9 crepe myrtles trimmed and a hedge of viburnums soaring about 3 stories high cut down by 7 feet. The work was completed one week after I called Roger. Chad, Kyle and their team started at 7:30am and were completely done by 1:45pm. I will be calling them again.

The Pecan Grove Homeowners (a private community) has used A Perfect Cut exclusively for all our tree services for years. The first visit they made was to see if a beautiful Civil War-era oak tree could be saved. The tree had dropped all leaves in July and appeared to many to be dead.
